Ive read studies calling lavender one of or the best natural anti anxiety agent, I was having a slight panic attack one day before bed also being afraid of slipping into a nightmare and simply smelled some lavender flowers and my anxiety went away.
Terpenes from lavender oil are found in cannabis, usually the purple colored strains from what I remember but i might be wrong on that.
I was looking through the essential oil components and seen it has some similarities to nutmeg oil besides the elemicin, myristicin and safrole. Also while reading effects of lavender oil I read it can cause hallucinations.
I havent tried the essential oil but might try some soon. Does anyone have experience with the oil?

Ive read "Linalool is crucial in the production of Vitamin E in the body" on one site. Another says "vitamin e is a common byproduct of linalool production" and "one common downstream product of linalool is vitamin e" The second two confused me and im under the assumption they might mean outside of the body contrast the the first one saying inside of your body. Vitamin E has been shown to reduce cannabis anxiety and activate Cannabinoid receptors to help absorb more Cannabinoids. It would enhance marijuana if its infact linalool produces vitamin e IN THE BODY.
I guess Im going to try it out, Purple strains of cannabis are very sought after where im from and IME purple strains have a hallucinogenic vibe to them.
