I will explain what is out of date on those pages within a few days, I'll also list what is a staple for activation and what things to avoid.

Ive read Berberine (From Goldenseal Root, Oregon Grape, Barberry, etc.) is a 5-HT2A & 5-HT4 Antagonist Yohimbine (From Yohimbe) & Rauwolscine are 5-HT2A Antagonists Roemerine ( From coffee & other plants) has a high affinity for the 5-HT2A receptor ki=62nm and is thought to be a antagonist Nuciferine (found in lotus strains) affinity for 5-HT2A receptor ki=139nm and is thought to be a antagonist
Citral (From Essential Oils) activates 5-HT2A Oleamide (From Oleic Acid in body or bought online) Substantionally potentiates actions at 5-HT2A, without being a CYP inducer/inhibitor that I know of
Also adding about 4 tiny drops of Vegetable Glycerin kept me from burping up the Essential Oils, but I wasnt using a carrier oil with them so I dont know if the carrier oil would do the job preventing burping them up or not. Im under the assumption burping them wasnt digesting them properly.
Hope some of this helps
